Pastor Richard & Lady C

Pastor Richard and Lady C have served as the head of the Servant Leader team for New Life since August 2023.

Pastor Richard accepted the call into ministry at the age of 16 and was licensed and ordained in February 2003. His life outside of the Church has always been about helping people, which led him to wear several different uniforms over the past 20 + years. Pastor Richard has a heart for the Church and God's people. His personal ministry focuses on Youth and Marriage. Along with his wife, Lady C, of over 21 years, they have served as Regional Student Ministry Directors and served as Camp Directors for the State's middle school-aged youth.

Lady C, which stands for Lady Carrie, was called into ministry at the age of 31 and was licensed and ordained as a minister in 2018. She has served alongside her husband gleefully as a praise and worship leader, the women's ministry director, and the director of ministerial training and development. Lady C has worked with youth and adults in public schools as a teacher and on the collegiate level as an adjunct professor. She holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Florida and a master's from Liberty University. She loves God, her family, and God's people. Together, they are a spirit-led, dynamic duo that leads by serving and loving others throughout their ministry.
